Investigative Journalist At Its Finest: Jordan Poole Is Forced To Deny That He Paid $500,000 To Go On A Date With Ice Spice After A Kid Puts Him On The Spot

I'm not fully up to date with my spices, especially in the music world, but I do remember this story going viral:

Cam'ron being the finest journalist in the business is getting a lesson from this kid. You don't just talk about stories, you go right to the source. In this case the source being Jordan Poole and him denying the $500,000 claim. It's perfect. It actually sums up Jordan Poole and the Wizards better than anything else. We know they are the most unserious team in the league by a wide margin and quite frankly they are must watch because they are hilarious.

Why ask Jordan Poole about basketball advice when you can get to the bottom of a $500,000 date rumor? This is what we need from the Wizards. I mean they are so outrageous that people basically stopped talking about the fact Jordan Poole got punched in the goddamn face by Draymond Green.

I can't even imagine 1) paying $500,000 for anything 2) let alone for a date when you're an NBA PLAYER! You're a well-known NBA player in the DMV. You don't need to pay for quite literally anything. I get we all pay on dates, dinner, drinks, etc, that all adds up. But it ain't $500,000. Plus if you're going to spend that sort of money for a date go with like Sofia Vergara on the rebound. Make some real news with who you're offering to go on a date with.

But that said, case closed (maybe). Jordan Poole did not pay $500,000 for a date.
