The Spurs Just Absolutely Stole One From the Suns After A Wild Sequence Caps Off A 20 Point Comeback

What a sequence! First off Devin Vassell took a bad shot. If no one else touches the ball on an ENTIRE possession and you take a pull up 3 late in the shot clock it’s a bad shot. He got bailed out that he missed short and Webanyama is a literal giant and didn’t even have to jump to slam in the putback. 99 out of 100 times the Suns get the inbounds and the Spurs foul. Tonight happen to be the anomaly as Durant gets absolutely MAULED in the corner, Spurs make the steal and bucket via Keldon Johnson and absolutely STUN the Suns. 

Talk about a theft of a win. That sequence would have been crazy enough it was a back and forth battle all night but the icing on the cake was the Suns held a 20 point lead. Just a robbery of a win. Vogel was NOT happy afterwards. 

The real quick I got out of this one was when they went to the TNT Studio for the post game … Charles Barley threw some poor bastard new guy under the bus for saying they would interview Durant after the game while it was still going on. Chuck said “We sure they gonna win,” and Ernie Johnson immediately laughed and asked Chuck not to out the guy for screwing up his prediction. That crew is the best.
