Someone Get Davante Adams Off The Vegas Raiders Before Tuesday's Trade Deadline

The NFL Trade Deadline is Tuesday at 4:00PM EST and I'm not sure there's a soul on Earth who would blame Davante Adams for requesting a trade from the Raiders.

It felt like, at least with Davante, that things reached a new level on Monday Night in Detroit.

Almost like it was scripted, ESPN showed how little Adams was getting involved in the game just before he missed Adams on this sure fire touchdown.

There was also this one that should have been a 98 yard score

Davante finished the game with one catch for 11 yards. Clearly he wasn't getting blanketed by a shutdown corner if I just showed you two plays where a ball in his vicinity would have gone for six. ONE CATCH?? Jimmy G and Josh McDaniels are war criminals.

5 years $137M, $74M guaranteed all to fuck this up regularly for Jimmy G. 4/$40M for McDaniels. Hard to be that bad and get paid that much.

Credit to McDaniels though, he found a way to spin that dog shit effort into a positive. That's why they pay the man.

A usually reserved Davante Adams proceeded to lose it on the sideline.

He's had enough and it's time to go full diva. Usually America doesn't side with the disgruntled hundred millionaire who is unhappy. For example, I now despise Damian Lillard for how he dragged out his trade demands all summer. Maybe it had to do with Greenie trying to blog every little rumor and saying the same thing every time, but the Dame saga broke me. I don't feel that way here. Find Davante a new home.

No one of his talent should be dealing with Josh McDaniels and Jimmy Garoppolo. Yes, he signed up to play for a McDaniels-coached team, but he came over from Green Bay to have his boy Derek Carr throwing passes. Obviously that didn't work out, but to replace him with Jimmy G and thinking that would work out is next level lunacy.

Adams was on with Rich Eisen the other day and politely expressed his frustrations.

Obviously Adams showed a different side tonight, but I need more.

I need him to continue to go off to the media. The clock is ticking my friend. Once 4PM hits on Tuesday you're stuck. Go watch the Stuart Scott/Kenny Mayne 'This Is SportsCenter' commercial and go full diva.

Adding a 30 year old Davante to your offense could very well win you a Super Bowl. If you get even the smallest feeling he's available on Tuesday you best unload the clip and get him. I know that kind of deal is super tough to make happen in this little of time, but it's worth it. As a football fan I need to see him back in the conversation as one of the best in the game. I could list the teams that should get him but it'd be the whole league. They are letting him rot away in Vegas and it's just sad to see. Free Davante. If they don't trade him then I'm fine with Goodell stepping in for the sake of the human being. Something must be done.
