Bill Callahan Wanted Nothing To Do With Having Kyle Long On His Football Team After This Interview Question

On today's Pardon My Take... KYLE LONG! The former offensive lineman and current analyst with CBS Sports joined Mr. Cat and Mr. Commenter as the FIRST in-person guest in the new PMT studio to discuss all of the biggest storylines in the NFL, his media career, and much more.

Long told a bunch of great stories on today's show, but one that stood out involved a great coach: Bill Callahan. When Kyle Long was trying to get his foot in the door with the NFL, he interviewed with Bill Callahan during his tenure as OC and OL Coach for the Dallas Cowboys. Callahan asked Long a situational question, and before Long even had a chance to answer, Coach Callahan was on his way out the door. Take a look...

Wow. Absolute ZERO time for BS from Coach Callahan here. It was safe to say that Kyle Long left this interview knowing there was no chance that he would be picked by the Dallas Cowboys. He instead ended up here in Chicago, where he played for the Bears from 2013-2019.

It was great having Kyle in our brand new office as the first ever in-person guest at this location. You can also catch him on the Pro Football Football show, and don't forget to listen to today's PMT interview in its entirety with him.
