Jim Irsay will talk about trades and shit on Twitter when he gets loaded up, so he should know how to handle this. The way Frank Reich handles this is so bad because you can have this conversation with people that aren't broadcasting it to the entire internet. You putting this out there makes it awful for the team because you are basically telling your #1 pick that you didn't want to draft him. I feel like these coaches and players need to go on a professional media training. Have they ever heard of keeping it in house? It has been four games, yet it seems like they are giving up on a #1 pick who has Adam Theilen as his best receiver. That would be insane.

The Carolina Panthers have been one of the worst franchises since Cam Newton left and right now nobody can succeed there. They tried to plug in Baker but that didn't work.
