Somehow, Last Night Was Not The First Time Mario Cristobal Has Screwed His Team Out Of A Win With Unfathomably Bad Clock Management

No way. Mario Cristobal has done this TWICE?! This guy might be the biggest idiot in college football history.

It's one thing to just be a bad football coach who doesn't have what it takes to run a program. Those are a dime a dozen. But to somehow be able to have good teams and then make decisions like this seems impossible. How can Cristobal recruit and have his teams look competent most of the time when he's so abhorrently stupid?

This clip is 1 percent less egregious than what Miami did on Saturday night because the clock wasn't under 0:40 and Stanford had one timeout, but if you kneel the ball on 2nd and 3rd down, Oregon would have punted with about 15 seconds left and then the Cardinal would have to have gone the length of the field with no timeouts. That seems like a better risk to take than fumbling the ball just past midfield.

I'm honestly very upset Cristobal has made generational wealth coaching football when he'd make a fool of himself at the end of a game of Madden. This guy is dumber than a sack of rocks.

Stanford went on to win that game in overtime.
