Your Annual 'Josh Ho-Sang Dominates BioSteel Camp' Blog

Feel like this is becoming an annual thing. Josh Ho-Sang attends BioSteel’s pre-camp… uh.. camp, and immediatley videos of him pulling off moves like these begin to surface.

This kid is the spirit of And1 if they branched into hockey. The only way these videos could get any better is if the old school Mixtape Tour MC was in the building; whipping that towel around in the air and dropping ‘oh baby’s’ like it was nobody’s business.

Ho-Sizzle himself is somewhat of an anomaly to me. Regardless of his age, he is one of the most exciting players I’ve ever seen[no seriously], and It’s clear he has skills, but there’s no doubt that not all of them will translate over to the real game. Kid can deke around a sprawling goalie with the best of ‘em, but it’s his confidence both on and off the ice that has helped make a name for himself the past two seasons down in the O. But, like any promising 19 year old, he is far from NHL ready and just where he’ll fit in once [yes, ‘once’] he makes the league is still a major question mark.

The idea that we may see him/Barzal/MDC playing in Brooklyn sometime this year is about as realistic as Henrik’s rings, but JHS is someone that the Isles are undoubtedly happy to have in the pipeline.

PS – Never forget last year.

Ho-Sizzle, Ho…. Sizzzzlleeeee.
