Not Sure How Penn State Breweries Can Legally Sell "Buckeye Tears" Beer When Ohio State Has Won 10 Of The Last 11 Meetings

Huh?

I mean I understand that involving Ohio State in ANYTHING will drive interactions, clicks, viewers, purchases, etc etc etc etc, but at the end of the day, you can't straight up lie to people. You can't stick Brutus the Buckeye on the can of your beer, absolutely sobbing, insinuating that you have beaten us more than once in the last decade. Then again, I guess it's possible that these "Buckeye Tears" are tears of joy....? That would make more sense. Because excluding the most narrow and ridiculous 24-21 victory (at Penn State, night game, 107000 people, in which they outscored us 17-0 in the 4th culminating in a blocked FG return) back in 2016, I literally cannot remember a world where Ohio State wasn't curb-stomping this mediocre program.

No folks, that's not Rutgers. That's not Indiana. That's not even Maryland. That right there is the last decade of football against the Penn State Nittany Lions, who should legally be sued for defamation and falsification based on these beers being sold. And I know it's not the University selling them, but it's the fans and the alumni. James Franklin, if he had an ounce of integrity in his body, should step in and cease & desist these from ever hitting the market.

I think it's so funny that these idiots online (and some at this company) are acting like Ohio Against The World isn't a thing despite the facts being right there in front of them. In what world do Penn State fans feel the need / have the right to do something like this? It makes ZERO sense, aside from the fact that everyone hates Ohio State because they're jealous. Like, could you imagine Michigan, in the golden age of them losing like 99 of 100 straight games against Ohio State, releasing a Buckeye Tears beer? But at least they're our rivals! Penn State doesn't even want to play us during Big Ten Play anymore!!!

Okay what's worse: Penn State alums trying to piggy back off Ohio State's big name by selling Buckeye Tears beers when they have won 1 game in the last 11, or Lou Holtz talking shit when Notre Dame hasn't beat Ohio State since……1936 when they won 7-2.
