The Bucs are real and they're spectacular! They defeated their second NFC North team of the season taking down the Bears 27-17 on Sunday. It was a complete team win that started early with the first of a few big plays to future Hall of Famer and Buccaneer for life, Mike Evans.

Evans had a huge game with 6 catches for 171 yards and 1 touchdown.

RB Rachaad White finished with 103 total yards on the day and punched it in on that drive to give the Bucs the lead for good at 10-7.

And even when the Bears made some progress, the defense stepped up.

Going into the game, Buccaneers Offensive Coordinator Dave Canales said he was really excited about the Bucs 3rd down package this week and boy was he right! Baker started 11/12 passing on 3rd downs including this DIME to Evans on 3rd & 14 to put the home team up 20-10.

And the game was pretty much on ice the rest of the way, but the Bears made it close in the final few minutes. They had the ball with a chance to win down by three with just over two minutes left, but Shaq Barrett got his first career touchdown on an intercepted screen pass.

The Bucs are now 2-0 despite opening the year with a 6.5 projected win total. They sit atop the NFC South with the 2-0 Falcons and will have a big primetime showdown with the Eagles next Monday Night. What a win! Go Bucs!
