Only Drake Would Drop a Sad Song on Friday

Gosh darn it, Drake!! It's Friday, not Monday morning. Why the heck are we dropping this sad-ass song on a Friday? I love slow Drake, but not on a Friday. If you're going to tease us with a Friday single, make it a Circo Loco track, get us fired up, give us something to dance and party to, not something to cry about.

Drake's new album, "For All The Dogs," drops on September 22nd, and from what I've heard, it's supposed to be one of his best albums of all time. As a Drake stan, I'm going to remain optimistic about the album in its entirety, but as for this single, it's disappointing. You have to read the room, Aubrey. Two weeks ago, the whole world thought you were dropping, and you didn't. Now, you're finally giving us a taste of the album we've all been waiting for, and you served us a glass of Meiomi. It's good, but it's not what we needed, especially on a Friday. This single should have had us fired up like a bottle of 1942 being walked over to your table.

I'm disappointed, to say the least, but I still believe the album itself will be an absolute banger.
