Tom Brady Just Signed A Long Term "Strategic Advisor" Deal With Delta Airlines That Basically Makes Him The CEO Of The Company

Source - Tom Brady has a new venture post-NFL life -- but it's one that has absolutely nothing to do with football, or even sports ... as he's partnering up with a massive American airline. 🤔

Indeed, Delta announced a multi-year agreement Wednesday that they've struck with TB12 -- making him a new long-term strategic adviser for their company ... which will see him give their employees, their customers and their stakeholders a piece of his mind on a number of topics -- including general greatness, something that's right up his alley.

(Note: The title of this blog is hyperbole. Hy.Per.Bo.Le - exaggerated statements or claims not meant to be taken literally. There is no need to let me or anyone else know in the comments that Tom Brady's deal does not make him CEO. We already know that. Thanks. Alright time for the blog.)

Laugh. Out. Loud. Funny. Am I crazy or did that guy basically just give Tom Brady the company? I know that Ed grew up in Poughkeepsie, but there's no way he isn't a fan the way he just described Tom...

"We're announcing a unique one of a kind partnership with the greatest of all time who has delivered consistently on the largest stage in the world for many many yearsHe's going to come inside the company to talk to our people about greatness, about resilience, about excellence, about performance in a team sport. He played with the greatest teams in the world…magic's gonna happen."

Nothing he said isn't true, but the man is clearly smitten. Smi-ten. Just look at his face…

I would be too if I just nabbed Tom Brady as a spokesman but brother, you're scaring us

As far as his actual responsibilities go…it seems like he just has to be himself? Talk to the team every once in a while blah, blah, blah. Not a bad gig for a guy who who flies private.

Here's what Tom had to say…

"I am grateful to be joining the Delta family, a company I have loved and respected for years," Brady said. "Growing up with a mother as a flight attendant, I have always admired the people that make seamless air transportation possible. Throughout my career, my teammates and I flew Delta countless times, spending hours traveling for some of the most important games of our lives, even celebrating Super Bowl wins on the plane. Those championship teams were built off of great leadership and a commitment to excellence, and Delta certainly shares those qualities. Now, alongside Ed and the Delta team, I look forward to playing my part to continue the company’s success."

And that's that. Fingers crossed they get him involved in the pre-flight safety check you have to watch before taking off. I'd love nothing more than to see Tommy's shinning face every time I fly Delta. Oh well. That's it for this one. Thanks for reading and congrats to the GOAT. Onward and upward.
