NHL Team: St. Louis Blues

Conference: Western

Division: Central

2022-23 Recap: The Blues had a tough season and eventually traded O'Reilly and Barbashev to gain some assets. Losing so many players from the 2019 Cup-winning team and finishing well out of the playoff race was tough for Blues fans. Kyrou had an unreal season and is proving he's a legitimate top scorer in this league.

Biggest Loss: Ryan O’Reilly - Was traded at the deadline so they've had time to adjust but losing the Conn Smythe winner of your Stanley Cup-winning team is rough.

Biggest Addition: Kevin Hayes - I mean he just won Athlete Fan Of Barstool at the 20th Anniversary awards, so of course, he's a huge addition to the club.  He is one of the best locker room guys in the league and if he's your 3rd line center that is some serious depth down the middle.

There is nothing Hayesy can't do!

2023-24 Outlook: The Blues are going to have an up-and-down season, but with a coach like Berube behind the bench you know they will be playing hard each night. Another top-10 pick seems likely.

Player To Watch: Joel Hofer - The Goaltending prospect who saw action in 6 games last season, could get a real opportunity if Binnington does not return to form and continues to drive coach Berube nuts with his antics outside the crease. Also, he shoots the puck better from long-range than Whit.
