After Three Years Of Retirement And Two Pregnancies, Caroline Wozniacki Is Back Winning US Open Matches

Caroline Wozniacki, that's surely a name you haven't heard around these parts in a long time, right? Well, she's back after three years of retirement, and not just back playing tennis for shits and gigs. Last night she took out a top 20 player and former grand slam champ in Petra Kvitova. Woz looked like she never left the game at all.

Three year retirement and giving birth twice? Yeah, I'd say she looks pretty good out there. The bodysuit is quite the wardrobe choice, but sure.

Woz has had quite a history on this website. I almost feel like it was an unwritten rule to despise this woman and go Team Rory after their engagement fell apart and she attempted to cast a spell on him. What an all-time pic.

Wild times. Post breakup Rory won back to back majors and went on the heater of a life time. He basically credited all his success to that relationship falling apart. She’d be seen with guys like JJ Watt to try and make him jealous as her own career continues as well. The guys covered it all.

Fast forward to now and they’re both married to other people and have kids of their own. That’s life though. You fall in love, you fight, you break up, you cast an evil spell, you get over it, you meet new people, you find the one, you have kids and you move on with your life. Standard stuff.

Looks like Woz had no issue keeping her figure in her time off. Two pregnancies, time away from the sport, no problemo,

I honestly don’t remember if I cared for her or not back then. Her playing style has always been rather frustrating and at times boring to watch, but she can hang with the best of them. She's as good of a pusher as there is. Kinda wild after all these years she’s back in the mix and winning grand slam matches. She’ll get American Jen Brady on Friday in the 3rd round.

What a throwback.
