Gregg Berhalter Needs To Stop Acting Like A Little Bitch When It Comes To Gio Reyna

Are you kidding me with this shit? Gregg Berhalter needs to just fucking call Gio Reyna. How tough is it? Can we get Dave involved here for the sake of soccer in our country, because you think a leader like Dave will use mediation? Fuck no. It's called not being a pussy. Everyone knows the story now with Berhalter and the Reyna's and while we all agree Claudio and his wife stink too, this is about Gio playing for the red, white and blue.

That's what I care about. I care about a talent like Gio playing for our country's team and being something in the 2026 World Cup. I don't even care if he starts or comes off the bench, whatever is more productive and better for the team. We're fairly loaded in the midfield and someone is going to have to start the game on the bench. Just the way it goes.

So, yeah, I'm fired up after reading this. I'm fired up because it makes no goddamn sense to bring Gregg Berhalter back. I don't understand why we'd want a guy for a second go at the World Cup when he just did what he was supposed to. I can say credit to Gregg for getting some of these dual-nationals to play for us, but he ain't a great manager. That's what this team needs, especially in 2026. There are going to be higher expectations than ever with this group and Gregg ain't good enough to get it all out. 

See him in person, call him, go on radio, whatever, just initiate a conversation. Get this squared away so we stop hearing about it and can start looking at Copa America and the World Cup. Mediation? Fuck outta here. Invite him over, crack open a beer and hash it out.
