Foo Fighters Pay Off Tour-Long Gag By FINALLY Bringing Out Michael Bublé To Sing 'Haven't Met You Yet'

After covering bits and pieces of Michael Bublé's 'Haven't Met You Yet' all tour, the Foo Fighters were finally joined by the man himself at Outside Lands this weekend - posing as a Bublé superfan - and they tore the house down together!

If you're curious why the Foo Fighters have been covering a Michael Bublé song all year, look no further than the band's new drummer, Josh Freese....

Freese has recorded and performed with just about everybody under the sun throughout his career (including DEVO, Nine Inch Nails, Guns N Roses, Sublime with Rome, A Perfect Circle, The Offspring), and Dave Grohl always tries to highlight as much when he introduces Josh, so they'll rip into a cover of a DEVO song, or a Nine Inch Nails song - or both!

Eventually, Dave realized that Josh was also the drummer on Michael Bublé's 'Haven't Met You Yet' and worked that into his band introduction - despite knowing almost none of the words….

Fans would eventually join the band on stage to assist on vocals after a few shows….

….and this weekend, Bublé flew in from Argentina to pose as a superfan of himself and join the Foo Fighters on stage; finally, somebody gets the lyrics RIGHT!

Whether it's a fan from the crowd, Dave Chappelle, Hayley Williams, Rick Astley, or Michael Bublé, the Foo Fighters aren't afraid to jam with ANYBODY on stage at this point, and we all love em for it. It gives every show that "Anything can happen!" vibe, and usually, something like this does happen!

I'm not sure anything will ever beat KISS Guy, though….
