Jake Paul Defeats Nate Diaz By Unanimous Decision In What Was A Very Entertaining Fight

Jake Paul moves to 7-1 in his professional career and safe to say he looked a lot more impressive this fight. Hate him or love him, you need to start respecting him. That fight was entertaining from rounds 1 through 10.

Nate Diaz is the absolute fucking man who can take a beating for truly an endless amount of time. You never actually know if he is hurt or playing it off based on how he's acting in the ring. Jake tagged him early in the temple and it looked like his eyes were shutting. Then all of a sudden he comes out shooting and throwing punches at Jake to swing all the momentum. The man is an animal.

Diaz makes getting beat up look cool. He just keeps coming at you and it's gotta be a helpless feeling as the opponent knowing there's really nothing you can do to end the fight besides reach the final bell. Nate could have fought for 50 rounds and it would have either ended in a decision or Jake Paul unconscious.

At the end of the fight Nate was funny as shit when they brought up the rematch being in MMA. He respects Jake, but he knows if that was in his arena the fight could have ended multiple times. He actually almost fell back into his old roots right here which would have been hysterical.

You have to give Jake a lot of credit for sticking to his game plan and not falling for any of Nate's antics. He looked a lot more calm in the ring than the Fury fight, and was moving around better to set up his shots. He used his left hand a lot more efficiently and didn't just rely on the power punch in his right. The crowd was fucking awesome too going nuts anytime Nate did anything close to positive.

Now I am very interested to see who his next fight will because people are still going to say he is only beating UFC fighters out of their prime.

A Tommy Fury rematch makes sense, but we will see. Boxing fans get all butt hurt when you talk about Jake Paul even though he is making the sport more relevant than it has been in a long time. If you watched those ten rounds tonight you were entertained and that's all you can ask for.
