Settling The Debate Once And For All: Yes, Grown Men Can, And Should, Wear Jerseys

I honestly can’t even believe that this is a debate. This is one of the dumbest arguments in all of sports. The answer is yes, grown men can and should wear jerseys. You mean to tell me that it’s ok for a grown man to invest in season tickets, tailgating, tv packages, and 7 hours of their day to watch these athletes play, but buying and wearing their jersey is wear you draw the line??

It’s the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. You’ll have a 50 year old man, screaming in his living room, calling out his own plays the entire game but he won’t wear a jersey because it has another man’s last name on it? Grow up, it’s not like he banged your wife, and if he did you should take it as a compliment. That’s what being a fan is all about. We are part of the team, I don’t give a fuck what anybody says. I know we’re not putting the pads on or going to practice but we love the team as much as they love playing for it.

Part of being a fan is supporting your team through your money and passion. And part of that is buying a fucking jersey and rocking it to the game. Also, jerseys are hard as fuck. Nothing is better than rocking a fly ass jersey to a game and having people stop and say “yo that jersey is hard as fuck”, thanks bro that’s why I bought it. If you don’t wear a jersey you’ll never have that experience, and if you never had that experience, you will never live a complete life.

Put your pride to the side, walk your lazy ass in that team store, and buying a fucking jersey. No one’s going to look at the guy wearing a jersey to the game and say “oh look at that fucking weasel over there, wearing another grown man’s name on his back what a loser” and if someone is saying or thinking that, they’re the loser. Jerseys aren’t just for kids, they’re for everyone.
