A Tennessee Fan Who Presumably Meant To List His Tickets For The Georgia Game For $500 Accidentally Sold Them For $5 Each

Oh no. Pray for whoever was on the receiving end of the email saying he'd sold two Tennessee-Georgia tickets for $29, because he is most definitely not doing well today.

I don't even know what I'd do in that situation. Definitely cry, but after that I have no idea. The cheapest ticket currently on Gametime for Tennessee-Georgia is $252 and someone out there just sold two and barely got enough money back to get one ticket to see Oppenheimer in IMAX — an outstanding experience, but probably not worth the same as one of the college football games of the year.

I don't want to pile on this poor guy, but I will say that interface does not look like Gametime and I have to imagine this situation would have been much more clear on the market's premier ticketing site and we could have likely avoided this whole ordeal. That is not to say I don't have sympathy, because I know someone out there is going through it over this. Just an observation.

But yeah, I don't know where you go from here. How can you even watch this game on TV knowing this happened? It could be 10-0 Georgia against 10-0 Tennessee and I'm not sure I'd have the stomach to watch knowing someone was in my seats for the price of a meal at Chili's with no margs. Just brutal scenes.
