With the NFL valuing RBs more and more, I don't know who is going to give up capital for Taylor. Obviously he's a great RB, but in the NFL these days you don't need to pay for a great RB. The difference between an elite guy and a very good guy is growing smaller by the day, so you can find a very serviceable diamond in the rough pretty easily. 

As for Irsay, I mean, everything he says is hilarious but if I was a Colts fan I would be very worried he's one bad contract away from being the next Jerry Jones or Dan Snyder. Very, very worried.
