Great Judgment! Vikings First-Round Pick Jordan Addison Got Busted For Allegedly Going 140 In A 55 MPH Zone In His Lambo
Most of us were fucking idiots when we were 21 years young, but Jordan Addison, this is a special kind of stupid indeed.
When you're going 30 mph over the speed limit in any zone, that's pretty damn reckless. When you're 30 mph over DOUBLE the speed limit — I think that made sense — umm...maybe it'd be smart to slow down a tad?
Addison is supposed to step in right away as the Minnesota Vikings' second-best wide receiver to complement Justin Jefferson. They literally have fringe-53 guys across the rest of the depth chart. Maybe a little exaggeration there but not much. Poor Kirk Cousins. Already lost key weapons in Adam Thielen and Dalvin Cook. Now it looks like he has a fucking moron on his hands that he'll need to babysit. Maybe Jefferson can help Addison get his head out of his ass.
Statement from the team was pretty standard. Will be interesting to see if any more information comes to light. Surely it will.

Who knows the full context of this whole speeding situation? Not even gonna speculate. Can only go off the raw report, which states that Addison was by his lonesome. It was at around 3 a.m. Just not a good look any way you slice it, regardless of any extenuating circumstances.
It's one thing to be in a hurry to get somewhere. It's another to be downright dangerous behind the wheel. And that ain't a compliment. Too bad, because Addison was lauded as one of the premier route-runners in the 2023 draft class, if not the best. The ex-Biletnikoff Award winner at Pitt as the nation's top receiver transferred to USC last year. Addison led the Trojans with 59 receptions, 875 yards and 8 TDs as a major part of quarterback Caleb Williams' Heisman Trophy campaign.
All I gotta say, Jordan Addison: I can tell you're feeling yourself based on the fact that you're flexing your biceps in those NFL rookie portraits despite being only 5-11 and 173 pounds. Feel cool in that regard all you want. Be cocky with your rather modest arm muscle mass. Go nuts, man.
Just don't do this. Either slow the hell down, have an NFL car service drive you if you feel compelled to be out at 3 a.m. on your own time for any reason, or trade in that Lambo for an electric hybrid vehicle or some shit.
Vikings rookies report to training camp on Sunday. PLEASE tell me we get footage of Addison pulling into the parking lot. It's only fair. Come on, social media team folks. Give the people what they want.
