Patrick Mahomes Will Rue The Day He Told Jalen Hurts That He Rented An Airbnb Months Ahead Of The Super Bowl
This clip from 'Quarterback' has been making its rounds across the interwebs and all I have to say is one thing--big, big mistake from Patrick Mahomes here. Not because I think it'll add any fuel to Jalen's fire seeing how confident Mahomes was that he'd be playing in the Super Bowl. These guys play in different conferences so that part of it really doesn't matter. I don't think there was any "intimidation factor" there at all to get fired up about.
But now he planted the seed in Jalen's mind. Now he's got the wheels turning. Jalen Hurts is unlike anybody who Patrick Mahomes has ever gone up against. Not only can Hurts keep up with him on the field, but he can also keep up with him mentally. So what's he going to do now? Simple. One up his ass and rent out every Airbnb in Vegas next year before Mahomes even has a chance to look for one. Poor bastard will be staying at a La Quinta Inn all week. And once Jalen Hurts' new contract kicks in? Hell, he might just buy every house on the market in whichever city is hosting the Super Bowl every year. Then if Mahomes wants to rent a house for the week of the Super Bowl, he'll have to rent from Jalen. Good luck ever getting that security deposit back.
