NC State Transfer WR Bradley Rozner Is Looking To Have A Big Season In His EIGHTH Year Of College Football
I'm sorry, run that last part by me one more time? His what season?
Backing The Pack — This will be Rozner’s eighth college football season. How’d he get to year eight, you ask? Well, he began his career in junior college. Then after moving to Rice, he was granted an extra year prior to the 2020 season, giving him two years at that point. Of course, 2020 didn’t count against anyone’s eligibility. (He sat the year out anyway.) He then missed nearly all of 2021 with injury, and so only got around to using one of those final two years of eligibility in 2022.
I sure fucking hope Bradley Rozner has the "potential to transform NC State's offense", because he's two years older than Justin Jefferson. He should have been transforming spreadsheets at an insurance company for four years already.
I'm all for chasing your dreams, but somebody has to put a stop to this. We need a hard cap of six years of eligibility no matter what. You get a redshirt and potentially one injury waiver but after that, it's time to go get a job. Rozner is as close in age to NC State's freshmen as they are to fifth graders.
Is he finishing up a Ph.D.? I demand to see a list of the classes this guy is taking this semester.
Between Rozner and 23-year-old quarterback Brennan Armstrong, "inexperienced" certainly isn't something you can call this year's NC State team. If college football ever goes the way of jersey sponsors, AARP might be a nice match for the Wolfpack.
