MMA Fighter Spears His Opponent THROUGH THE CAGE In A Scene Straight Out Of A WWE Match

While the UFC prelims are getting going on ESPN+, check out this INSANE highlight from the LFA card last night where Josiah Harrell spears Michael Roberts through the cage door like he's Roman Reigns....

How great is the commentator saying "….in or out of the cage" in that very moment?! 

That was serendipity, or the Force, or whatever the hell you believe in. Reminded me a bit of Joe Rogan's "Do you wanna take a chance and risk getting KNOCKED OUT!!!!!" call of Edson Barboza's legendary spinning heel kick….

This certainly isn't the first time the cage door has given out in a mixed martial arts bout; it actually happened to Frankie Edgar during training not too long ago….

….but honestly, both fighters and the referee acted so casually in the immediate aftermath of that moment you'd think this was a weekly occurrence! They got right back in there ready to go instantly! 

If I got speared through the cage I'd definitely make up a fake injury just to get out of the fight immediately. 

You'd have to drag my body back into the cage like a dead fish. I ain't continuing to fight a guy who threw me out the damn cage.

Harrell (obviously) went on to win the fight, moving onto 7-0 with 7 finishes professionally. 

Don't be surprised if we see him in one of the bigger promotions soon.

P.S. Last night was a great one for MMA. LFA cage-breaking spears aside, Bellator put on a great card in Chicago (that WSD and Eddie were cageside for) where Sergio Pettis put on the performance on his life against Patricio Pitbull….

….and the PFL season rolled out with some great finishes down in Atlanta as well….
