The Sixers Twitter Account Hasn't Tweeted Since Halftime Of Game 7...HALFTIME!!! IT'S BEEN ALMOST 24 HOURS!!!
Zero accountability. None. Zip. From the top to the bottom. Owner Josh Harris (who is too busy trying to build a zillion dollar arena in the middle of Center City and buying every sports franchise in the world instead of focusing on making one team decent), to the front office, to the head coach, to the players, alllllllll the way down to the social media accounts.
No accountability.
It's a damn shame. The Process is officially over and it was all for naught. Listen to Picks Central today for more feelings about everything, but guess where the Sixers were 11 years ago almost to the day? FUCKING TAKE A GUESS.
YUP. That's right. Losing Game 7 to the Boston Celtics in the Eastern Conference Semis. Time is all the flat circles.
The Process has been a waste of a decade for a lot of reasons, some of which I will still defend were the right moves or the NBA being blatantly against Philly - FUCK YOU ADAM SILVER FOR OUTING SAM HINKIE AND INSERTING BRYAN COLANGELO - but it's officially over.
Good luck to the Celtics and their die hard fans like Chris Klemmer who conveniently don't say a single word about his team until they're up by 40 in Game 7 vs. the Sixers.
My apologies to FDR and all the Fireside Chats. That was uncalled for.
PS - Not even sure if this recorded but here were my angry thoughts post game driving out of Manhattan before getting pulled over. Thanks for that one, Sixers. Great stuff.
