Nick Cage Remembers What It Was Like Being Inside The Womb
Nicolas age's first memory is being inside his mother's womb.
The 59-year-old actor has claimed that he can recall seeing 'faces in the dark' while he was still in his mom's womb when asked about his earliest childhood memory on The Late Show With Stephen Colbert.
The Hollywood star explained: 'Let me think. Listen, I know this sounds really far out and I don’t know if it’s real or not, but sometimes I think I can go all the way back to in-utero and feeling like I could see faces in the dark or something.
This sounds crazy as fuck until you read the research that has shown that fetuses are capable of perceiving and responding to things like sound, touch, and light. Those little fucks can learn from repeated experiences, such as recognizing voices or a particular song when they are in the third trimester- which is wild to say the least.
If they know that, do they know that their faces are getting absolutely SMASHED against a birth canal, vagina, or cut out of their sack of shit that they hang out in for a few months while they grow? I hope not.
Do they hear the perineum rip? If you’re not as versed in the perineum world, let me let you in on a secret. Those thangs can RIP in half and sometimes even thirds. The perineum, lest we forget, is the area between the vaginal opening and the anus or between the scrotum and the anus. During childbirth, the perineum can tear as the baby's head passes through the vaginal opening. YIKES!
Basically, if Nick Cage can remember being in the womb, hopefully, he was deaf at the time. Otherwise, he heard the screams, felt the possible poop on his head, and heard the ripping and gnashing of teeth. That being said, with a memory like that, we know for sure that Nick Cage is a National Treasure.
