Jack Eichel Waited 8 Long Years To Finally Get Back At The Edmonton Oilers For Passing On Him In The Draft

Daigle would go on to become one of the biggest busts in NHL history while the guy drafted 2nd overall turned out to be a guy by the name of Chris Pronger. Perhaps you've heard of him. But now he's finally playing in the Stanley Cup Playoffs for the first time, matched up against Connor McDavid and the Edmonton Oilers in the 2nd round, picks 97's pocket and delivers the empty net dagger to lock up a game 1 win for the Golden Knights. That's an all-time grudge goal for Eichel. USA! USA! USA!
