We Got a Nice Surprise Last Night At The Lakers Game As 86 Year Old Jack Nicholson Made His First Public Appearance In Almost Two Years

Maybe the best thing that came out of last night was seeing Jack back sitting court-side at the Lakers game. Dillon Brooks is such a clown the 86 year old had to see it for himself. Having Jack return to action left the Grizzlies with no realistic chance of extending the series.

And how about this pop when he was shown on the big screen? The man is a king.

Even LeBron went out of his way during warmups to pay his respects.

This was Jack's first appearance in public since a Lakers game in October of 2021. Since the pandemic he'd be labeled a recluse, with one report going as far to say his "mind was gone."

(Daily Mail) 'Jack's in touch with certain relatives — especially Ray, his protégé, who he's so proud of — but his socializing days are long gone,' they added.

In January, his unnamed friend told Radar that while Nicholson was in good shape physically, 'his mind is gone.'

That report was dismissed by his old pal Bill O'Reilly, but still Jack's friendly face was missed during big Lakers games. Maybe he was just bent out of shape about Staples Center getting a name change.

A few weeks ago he emerged from his home to get some fresh air before he was sniped by some paparazzi. I wrote about this headline a few weeks ago because it was bullshit.

If you're standing on your own two feet and walking around at 86 years old that's not looking disheveled, that's living life. I'll be lucky to make it to 50. 86 would be nothing short of a miracle. Good for Jack making it out for the Lakers series clinching win last night. Hopefully this means he's out there for the next series as well. Note to future self, if Jack is in attendance do not bet against the Lakers.
