Connor Bedard Has An Addiction, And It's Stuffing The Back Of Nets With Pucks

This goddamn kid, man. He's ruthless. He's relentless. He's insatiable. You put a little black rubber disc on a sheet of ice and he simply cannot help himself. He's going to put that puck into the back of a net if it's the last thing he does. He doesn't care if he's done it a million times before. He doesn't care if he already just did it a few minutes ago. All this kid cares about is scoring hockey goals and making defensemen look like complete and utter fools in the process. It's rinse & repeat at this point.

Unfortunately for Regina, cloning technology isn't readily available at the moment. So there's only one Connor Bedard on their roster. Which means that any time he's not on the ice, they aren't scoring goals. He had the primary assist on both of the Pats' first two goals of the game, and then scored the 3rd himself. And that's after this rip from Bedard got disallowed earlier the game because apparently the net was off.

Seems like a crime against humanity to disallow any goal this monster scores, but I guess that's why we can't allow Canada to have nice things. Either way, Regina would go on to lose this game 4-3 and now their series against Saskatoon is a little tighter at 2-1. If anything, the Blades are just delaying the inevitable here. If Connor Bedard needs to score 6 goals a night to make sure his team can lock up the W, then that's exactly what he'll do for the rest of the playoffs. Sick bastard.
