I love this clip making its rounds again tonight. I mean I hate the player Bobby Hurley, but the Hurley brothers combine for perfect comedy. They are the right amount of lunatic. Danny is trying to get out of Bobby (and Bob's) shadow. You have him as the head coach with Bobby as his assistant back when he was at Wagner. But there may not be a perfect duo than these two. I need them in the same conference at a minimum.
Now that said, if you can't get at least a smile with Bobby Hurley losing his mind screaming 5 behind Danny, I don't want to know you. That's just the Hurley's. Screaming the same thing. Danny trying to keep it together. Bobby losing his mind over and over again. Love how in every clip Bobby is just collapsing to the bench too.
This was at Wagner! I know any Division I job matters. But imagine what it'd be like seeing the two of them against each other in like the Sweet 16? I hope there'd be a fight. We know how it works with brothers - I say this as the older brother. There's almost a 100% chance I'd forget to coach at some point just to talk some shit to my brother.
