Last night at WrestleMania, Finn Bálor took a ladder to the skull during his Hell In A Cell match with Edge that busted him open pretty bad, causing a stop in the action while medics attended to him for a few minutes. It wasn't the craziest spot, either - nothing out of the ordinary; Edge just tossed the ladder at him and one of the rungs caught him flush....

They kept Bálor off camera and just focused on Edge, which is always a bad sign - and uncomfortable for Edge, who has to show zero sympathy for his opponent who he "hates" while tip-toeing around him just in case he might be hurt - and for a while, I thought the match might be stopped!

This coming just minutes after Shane O Mac blew everything in his leg out and Snoop had to save the day on their segment!

Everything was starting to crumble and go wrong!

Before too long, though, Bálor got up, snapping right back into his Demon persona, and he and Edge got on with the match. You could tell he was working through a cut due to the amount of blood pouring onto the mat while they were wrestling, but due to where the cut was (on top of his head) and the black/red makeup all over his face, the severity was impossible to determine. They did some crazy shit afterwards, too, so it seemed like Bálor was okay!

Edge went on to win the match in a little over 18 minutes, and after the show, we found out that Finn Bálor was actually getting his head STAPLED SHUT when the cameras weren't focused on him….

This animal performed half of that match this THIS CUT in his head….

Disgusting! That makes me want to puke! Kudos to Bálor for once again having that "show must go on" mentality following a tough injury mid-match.

Between this and his original Universal Championship win against Seth Rollins a few years ago - this guy has the WORST luck! Maybe it's the Demon that is the kiss of death?! Regardless - I hope Bálor heals up and gets back to his winning ways soon. I'm tired of seeing a guy this talented drop so many losses to his opponents!
