A Cause America Should Get Behind ... Danny Boy Cane Is Considering A Trip To Houston Monday Night

Chances are if you've been around Barstool , you are familiar with the legend that is Danny Boy Cane. I'll quickly sum it up, Danny is a Miami Hurricanes super fan, and a fellow college athletics power broker. He lives and breathes with the Miami Hurricanes. He has also been the star of Dave and Dan's favorite video in the history of the internet. 

Since then he's done some spaces with Dave and Dan about the Canes, been a topic on the rundown, and even made a Portnoy show appearance. 

That should catch you up. He literally became famous off a terrific video that will live on forever in Barstool lure. As mentioned though, Danny doesn't live for fame and fortune, he lives for The Canes. In the past week as soon as Miami made The Final Four, the questions started to arise, would Danny Boy Cane make it to Houston ? Would Danny be in the building for NRG Stadium ? More importantly would Danny make an appearance on Barstool Live ? 

Would Danny and Dave be running the team out of the tunnel or even appear in layup lines ? 

Danny addressed these questions in two parts. First he said he would not be attending the games in Houston. 

A devastating blow to Canes nation. However, the tune changed today as Danny said he WOULD consider going to Houston if his flight, hotel and ticket could be paid for on Monday night. As a content fan, and frankly an American citizen, we the public need to get behind supporting Danny attending this game. Crack open the piggybanks, check the top of the dryer for wrinkled up dollars, cash in that birthday check from Grandma , and make a donation. We need Danny Boy Cane at NRG for Monday night (if it happens). 

This is my call to Stoolies, that should Miami win tmrw night , everyone should find a way to get Danny in the building, not only for content, but for Canes nation. He deserves it.
