Best Of 2023 - It Has Become Very Apparent I Cannot Clap On Beat

I have prided myself on having a very powerful and connected phone , some could say the most powerful phone on the east coast. As a result, back in January a good friend (shoutout Brendan) connected me with some of the K State staff. It ended up landing me an interview with Coach Jerome Tang , and star players Keyontae Johnson and Markquis Nowell. They all have really interesting stories, so feel free to check out the interview.

Anyway, back to the phone. K State beat Kentucky on Sunday because John Calipari didn't prep for the game, and is a horrific coach, which sent K State to The Garden for the East Regional. Obviously I had to see my guys. My phone was blowing up. Where should we eat, where should we stay , etc etc. They also needed to help their guys with a reward for a great season and wanted help delivering the gift bags they got the team. Who else would they have called but the biggest power broker in college basketball. They know my allegiances are to Bama, but they also know for anything they needed I was their guy so of course I could get them the connects they needed, and I did. As a thank you for my efforts, they decided to let me experience their locker room and team meeting vibes which has swept the nation by storm.

Of course I had to take them up on their offer and see what the locker room was like. But boy do I wish I didn't.

Listen, I'm not gonna lie here… I wasn't on beat. The clapping was bad. Now the internet will not say how clean all my daps were, or that me and Coach Tang did clap on beat together 6 times that I counted, they just want to dance on my grave for the 1 maybe 2… or maybe 8 or 9 claps I did miss. It's a sick sick world. No one wants to see you succeed, they just want to tear you down when you fail. Sick and twisted lunatics we have on the internet.

But in the end it was all worth it, because their locker room really really was a vibe, and I got to give Dave Portnoy a great birthday gift of being able to laugh at me which we all know is his favorite past time.
