In collaboration with the Sportsecyclopedia.com Commissioner Peter Ueberroth reinstates Willie Mays and Mickey Mantle.  The two Hall of Famers had been banned from baseball for working with casinos in Atlantic City. Neither were allowed to work in the game due to a ban imposed by previous Commission
