I Found My Twin: The Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Mascot

Not much needs to be said here aside from the fact that we have found my mascot doppelgänger. I was first notified of this resemblance last week when Texas A&M-Corpus Christi was making its run to the Southland Conference Championship for the second straight year. And last night, the Islanders played in the First Four and we got to see Izzy The Islander on national television.

I'll say this: Izzy The Islander is 100% cooler than me. I could never rock a tank top and a bathing suit, but the glasses and hair are very, very similar. 

I have no choice but to be all-in on the Texas A&M-Corpus Christi Islanders for the duration of their tournament run. After beating Southeast Missouri State last night in the First Four, they (we) are moving onto the Round of 64 against the top seed in the entire tournament.
