In his third game as a New York Ranger, Patrick Kane scored his first goal on the power play. He finished with two points and the Rangers got a much needed win. When 88 came to NY, the team lost two straight games and there was mass hysteria. 

Mario Tirabassi is an absolute clown show. You would have thought the season was over and all the hype was a waste. Acting like one of the greatest American hockey players to ever play the game was just broken. Maybe it was just the fact that he played two games on a brand new team with zero practice time, not even a morning skate. You'd think some people would take that into consideration. Nope. Everyone freaked out for nothing. At the end of the day, all that really matters is what happens in the playoffs.

Kaner gets the broadway hat and now you can officially say, it's Showtime in New York. It's only going to get better from here.
