Louisville Dominated The Shriners Classic and Flew Up The Top 25 Rankings

Louisville made a big early season statement dominating the Shriners Classic in Houston over the weekend and has entered the Top 10 at #9.

The Cardinal got revenge on Texas A&M from their Super Regional loss in a massive way on Friday. At one point they were up two touchdowns in a baseball game at 14-0!

The Cardinal also defeated a ranked TCU and went 3-0 on the weekend climbing 5 spots in the polls.

For the most part, it was a heavy chalk weekend. #4 Ole Miss dominated a bunch of mediocre Big 10 Teams in Minnesota sweeping Nebraska, Maryland & Minnesota. The Rebel bats are smokin' hot and Tulane transfer CF Ethan Groff looks like a bona fide superstar.

#1 LSU massacred the children of the poor in Butler and Central Connecticut State.

Ohio State actually showed some baseball chops winning the Frisco Classic in Texas with wins over Oklahoma and Mississippi State.

Maryland and Miami (FL) both fell out of the top 25. The Florida Gators put a hurting on the Canes and can score a ton of runs this year. Keep a close eye on them as they look to be a serious squad.

South Carolina won their series against arch rival Clemson and moved up 3 spots to #20.
