Tommy Fury Beats Jake Paul By Split Decision
Well, I was wrong. Jake Paul had a chance to win because of that knockdown. Tommy did not slip, Jake hit him clean but all in all that was a good fight. Tommy is better than we all thought, including Dave.
I don't know why people thought that the fight was bad, just because there is no knockout doesn't mean it was a bad one.
Tommy fought really well and I was was impressed. I think we need to see a rematch- but for all of you morons saying he isn't a fighter, Jake Paul is a boxer. He fought a boxer and it was 50/50. You have to give a ton of credit to Fury though because I think more pressure was on him, but he did what he needed to do and got the victory.
Where I think Tommy won is that he threw 302 Punches to Jakes 157 and I think he caught Jake off guard and never let Jake catch him with that big right. I don't know if it was just me but Tommy's arms are freakishly long and Jake was having trouble getting inside. I am excited for the rematch but I think both fighters proved something today and I think we need to put the "Jake isn't a real fighter" to rest after today. I admit I was wrong about Tommy and he put on a hell of a show.
PS: The worst part of the fight was the ref. He needed to know what type of fight this was and stop being so technical. Taking points away from them and taking timeouts and making it all about him, no thank you. Next time they for sure need to get a better ref.
