College Baseball Opening Day Is Tomorrow, So Let's Figure Out Which Team We Should Bet To Win The CWS In Omaha

College Baseball Opening Day is tomorrow and the Barstool Sportsbook has odds up on who will win the National Championship.

After destroying the transfer portal, LSU is the favorite at +450. The expectations are out of control for the Tigers in Year 2 of Jay Johnson's tenure but this lineup is stacked. It is literally Omaha or bust and even just making Omaha may not be enough to satisfy their rabid fan base.

LSU added Tommy Tanks from NC State who set the all time freshman Home Run Record last year with 28. They also added All American Paul Skenes from Air Force and a whole lot more. Outfielder Dylan Crews is the best player in college baseball possibly and could be the top pick.

After doing everything possible in a college baseball season but making Omaha, the Tennessee Vols are second favorites at +700. Led by the top 1-2-3 starting pitching rotation in college baseball, the Vols will be an elite heel team once again under Tony Vitello. They do have to replace a lot of their batting order but there is no lack of talent.

Stanford is the PAC 12 favorite and +1000 to win the title.

The defending champion Ole Miss Rebels are +2000. It is honestly hard to know what to expect after the all time dream run last June when the Rebels got the 64th spot in the Tourney and won the damn thing. All the pressure is off Mike Bianco and there is a bunch of talent back headlined by All American SS Jacob Gonzalez, Ace Lefty Hunter Elliot & power hitting OF Kemp Alderman.

I am not inclined to take any of these favorites because college baseball is wildly unpredictable in the postseason. Of the long shots my favorite is Florida State at +7000 after they added Notre Dame Coach Link Jarrett. I like their pitching talent.

The Barstool Sportsbook will have lines all season long on college baseball and there is no sport that is more fun to bet on.

And Opening Day is tomorrow..... HOORAY!
