Culture: Love This Kid Who Was Waving An Outback Steakhouse Flag During Southern Miss Basketball's 'International Night'

I don't know if this kid brought it himself or was handed it to him. Either way, I love it. Outback is a fine establishment that gets plenty of love. But as you see all these students representing their country, it's only fitting to see an Outback flag. I don't even know if he's from Australia or just any suburb in America. Doesn't matter. It's well represented here. And look at him wave that bad boy! He's happy. Everyone is happy. Who doesn't love a Bloomin Onion?

This isn't a prank or anything like that. This isn't free advertising, because, well, it's a Southern Miss basketball game. This is just a man who loves Outback Steakhouse. I see no qualms with that. In fact, he should get a free meal there. Every college kid goes apeshit for free food. Bring him in, treat him to the finest steak in the restaurant and a couple of apps.

I know people like to shit on chain restaurants. But sometimes, that's all you need. You know what you're getting into. No one needs to see a Yelp review or ask people for recommendations. You feel safe. You feel like you know you're going to eat the same thing and exactly what to respect. At the same time, I need Damon's to make a comeback. That was an elite chain restaurant that was taken from us.

PS: Olive Garden breadsticks are still the elite chain restaurant food.
