This gotta be the best bit going. Because we make fun of it whenever a QB in the league does anything outside the norm: "imagine the media if Mahomes did this!" but Collinsworth literally is that guy. Mahomes takes a sip of water and he wants CNN to break into their Sleepy Joe coverage to report on it. I appreciate Collinsworth's enthusiasm if the alternative is Dungy/Michaels, but my heavens, let's not blow the guy for dropping the ball into the dirt.

And the best part? When Trevor Lawrence  threw a dime to Christrian Kirk...he called it an overthrow. Lmao.

Just let Tirico do every game by himself if need be. Even if he has to do it from a remote location. Just set the guy up at Borelli's (you know, because he's Italian) and let him work.

PS: If you're not watching the game, Mahomes got injured in the first quarter and is doubtful to return. But he's playing right now in the 2nd half. Chad Henne really wanted that revenge game but it looks like they shot Mahomes up with a tranquilizer and he'll hop around on one leg for the rest of the game.
