DailyMail - Flo Rida on Wednesday was awarded an $82.6 million sum by a jury in Broward County, Florida in his breach of contact suit against the energy drink manufacturer Celsius, who he claimed attempted to conceal revenues from him.

The 43-year-old rapper initially filed the suit in May of 2021, saying that the drink company's parent company, Celsius Holdings Inc., had broken previously agreed-upon terms of a deal they had made in 2014, TMZ reported.

The Carol City, Florida native, whose real name is Tramar Dillard, first claimed he was owed $30,000 for the violation of the agreement, but the sum swelled as the company's fortunes rose.

Energy drink company Celsius and their attorney's heads are spinning right round, right round after a jury awarded rapper Flo Rida $82 Million in damages for breach of contract yesterday. The wild part is he initially only sued the company for $30,000, but after sitting in court and listening to Flor Rida's straight bangers the jury decided that number was way to low, low, low, low.

And that isn't hyperbole. This trial was unlike any I have ever done approximately seven minutes of extensive research on. Instead of contentious lawyers arguing about technicalities, the damn thing turned into a night club. Flo Rida jamming out to his own songs in a court room is such a vibe.

How is that court recorder not at the very least bobbing her head while she keeps the official record of the proceedings? I have never encountered a human being who can hear the phrase "Apple bottom jeans" and not immediately blurt out "boots with the fur!" while gyrating their hips and wearing an ear to ear smile. She is either deaf or the most professional woman to every walk the face of the earth.

And I can't stop laughing at the shit eating grin on his face while he listens to his songs. Every time those songs get played on the radio or a TV commercial he gets a few pennies. But every time they are played in court he gets Millions. This guy can't fucking miss.

The best part about the whole thing was the press conference he held after the trial. My man sauntered up to a podium, took a big ol' swig of a Celsius can, and started thanking folks like he finally won an award for his musical genius.

Flo Rida is 0-22 on music awards including five Grammy nominations, which is a complete abomination. I don't know anyone who intentionally puts on a Flo Rida song in their car. But I also don't know anyone who would turn it off if one accidentally came on either. It's just good, fun music both you and your grandma can dance to at a wedding.

Flo Rida turns even the most conservative gram gram into a video hoe out on the dance floor.

I know what you came here to seeIf you a freak, then you comin' home with meAnd I know what you came here to doNow bust it open, let me see you get low

Not that low grandma, we don't want you to throw out your hip again.
