$EBR Friday European Lunch Returns With 3 A Course Meal Of Winners!

Chiclets Game Notes Episode 3 dropped yesterday and if you listened already, you know it's a massive weekend for the crew. Tonight in the NHL is the Game Notes ArMur Play of the Month and the Game Notes $EBR Game of the Month (2-0 YTD, Not a Big Deal) goes off on Saturday in Sweden!

That being said it means we need a solid Friday lunch to have a solid base to power through all the hockey and still have something left in the tank for the Bills on Sunday.

Mojakka - Finnish soup that was first made by fishermen working on the Western Coast of the country.  The fish-based soup was first made over fires at their fishing camps as they tended to their nets.

Korvstroganoff - Swedish staple that children just love combines bologna/hot dog sliced up with onions, tomato paste, and cream. Served over rice and I’m still looking for the answer if its suppose to be eaten with a spoon or fork.

Dessert: 

Marmorkuchen - Originating in Germany in the 19th century, this cake combines two different batters, one dark, and one light. I always called this a marble cake growing up but now maybe I need to change that.
