The Dolphins Are About To End The Season On An Extra Feeble Note

Another frustrating week of losing saw me go 7-8 in Week 17, dropping my season record to 113-136-8

Saturday

LV +9.5 (o/u 52.5)

Raiders 27 Chiefs 23

Earlier in the season, the Raiders nearly won in Arrowhead, as it was one of five games in which they lost after a double-digit lead. The Raiders had their chances to beat the Niners last week. Look for them to come out inspired and finish the season on a positive note.

Ten +6.5 (o/u 40)

Jaguars 20 Titans 17

The Titans are a mess, with injuries and a six-game losing streak. The Jaguars are surging and need a win to capture the AFC South. This one sets up well for Jacksonville, but it will not be easy, as Derrick Henry will keep Tennessee in the game until the end.

Sunday at 1

TB +4.5 (o/u 40.5)

Buccaneers 21 Falcons 13

The Falcons are favored to win as the Buccaneers will likely rest most of their team with the playoffs coming next week. The Falcons will not win this game, as the Bucs' backups have a strong showing.

Buf -7.5

Bills 31 Patriots 10

Hopefully, by the time this game kicks off, Damar Hamlin will be well on the road to recovery and out of danger. The Bills still need to play for playoff positioning and will come out inspired to get a big win at the end of the regular season.

Chi +7.5 (o/u 44.5)

Vikings 23 Bears 17

Backups nothing but backups as the Vikings will rest up for the playoffs, and the Bears hope to get the top pick in the draft. The game will be lackluster and boring.

Cin -6 (o/u 43)

Bengals 27 Ravens 17

Both teams will likely rest their starters for most of the game, as the playoffs will be the focus for each team. The Bengals can move up their seeding while the Ravens are stuck in the sixth slot, meaning they could meet again next week on Wild Card Weekend.

Hou +2.5 (o/u 38)

Texans 15 Colts 13

These times tied in Week 1 and have had seasons to forget. The Texans will lock up the top pick with a loss, but they have played better over the last month of the season. Since blowing a 33-0 halftime lead two weeks ago, the Colts have been beyond terrible.

NYJ +1 (o/u 38.5)

Jets 61 Dolphins 0

The Dolphins are as weak and feeble as their terrible logo, which resembles a dolphin dying on the beach. From 8-3 to 8-9, this collapse is the worst in NFL history with a coach and a franchise that has no accountability, it will never improve as Mike McDaniel does not care about winning, and GM Chris Grier has no clue how to build a football team.

Saints -3.5 (o/u 41.5)

Saints 19 Panthers 10

The Saints look to finish the season strong as the Panthers go out with a whimper after blowing their chance to win the division in Tampa last week.

Pit -2.5 (o/u 40)

Steelers 20 Browns 6

Winning culture breaths success, and the Steelers, who looked dead in the water, could earn a playoff spot with a win. Look for them to play inspired as all the pieces fall into place.

Sunday Late Games

LAC -3.5 (o/u 40)

Chargers 31 Broncos 10

The Chargers look to go into the playoffs riding a wave of momentum as they secure the fifth spot by rolling over the Broncos, who cannot wait for the season to end.

NYG +14 (o/u 43)

Eagles 20 Giants 9

The Giants will be resting up for the playoffs and will not push to win the game. The Eagles, however, after two straight losses, have injury concerns that could lead them to rest players as well. The Eagles will win the game and get the top spot in the NFC, but 14 points? Come On.

SF -14 (o/u 40.5)

49ers 33 Cardinals 3

The top spot remains a possibility for the Niners, who need a win by the Giants. Look for a dominant effort as Nick Bossa finishes one of the greatest defensive seasons in NFL history.

LAR +6.5 (o/u 41.5)

Seahawks 24 Rams 20

Baker Mayfield will have a strong game as he looks to audition for a job next season. The Seahawks can make the playoffs with a win and a loss by the Packers.

Was +6.5 (o/u 41)

Cowboys 16 Commanders 10

The Commanders, after their surprise elimination last week, will be out to hurt the Cowboys' playoff position. In the end, the game will mean nothing as the Eagles win will mean the Cowboys are the fifth seed, but the game will be close.

Sunday Night

GB -4.5 (o/u 49)

Packers 27 Lions 17

Hard to believe, but after their terrible start, the Packers are about to make the playoffs. It shows once again that a winning culture means the world, compared to the Dolphins and their feeble pathetic logo, their genius coach who is too smart to win, and a GM who wants a mobile offensive lineman who cannot block a 90-year-old woman from sacking their quarterback.
