In this episode, Kirk covers Robert Devine, who was the second highest ranking Stoughton Police officer when an affair went public leading to his demotion in 2016. Devine, who ran the Stoughton Police Explorer program, resigned in 2022 following an internal affairs investigation that found he had an 'inappropriate relationship' with Sandra Birchmore and other young girls.
