Just So We're All Clear, Darren Rovell Was Definitely NOT Duped By The Drew Brees Video, So Please Don't Say #rovellgotduped

Obviously the biggest news of the day is Drew Brees fake got struck by lightning for an ad for a rival sportsbook that must not be named. Due to the fact it's a rival company and the fact I'd like to keep my job, I can't post it the ad. But it'd be silly not to talk about it because it's as fake as the Powerade Mike Vick commercial, yet people fell for it, hook, line, and sinker.

The lightning strike video is as real as Marty Mush's high school diploma. It's as real as Mike Grinelli's accent. It's as real as me having unpaid sex tonight. It's as real as _ (insert your own pot shot at a Barstool employee here).

But yet, because it's the internet, people fell for it.

The best is this reporter who did extensive research on the chances Brees could be struck by lightning at the Catatumbo River:

And of course Rovell, who DEFINITELY DID NOT GET DUPED. NOT ONE IOTA!

I'm glad Dave and BC have cleared that up. So please do not tweet #RovellGotDuped because it's simply not true!

Anyway, download the Barstool Sportsbook. 1,000,000 new signups today and I'll get struck by lightning for real, unlike that pussy Drew Brees.
