Trevor Lawrence Was The Best Quarterback In The NFL Over The Last Month

I'm far from a sabermetric guy but Baldy Breakdown and the stats back this statement up; the number 1 pick in the draft is also the number one pick in our hearts and the top QB in November. That's not me. That's the stats. Trevor Lawrence is on his way to becoming the guy everyone and I mean everyone with a brain thought he would be. Early in the year, I made several videos after games where I said that Trevor look scared. That fear is no longer in his eyes. He had a confidence when he was putting his helmet on to start the final drive that I havent really seen before. He clearly thought he was going to do what he did and he did it damn near perfectly even with some adversity to begin the drive.

There's something about him that is different now. When it's 3rd and 18, he can make the throw. When it's a 2-point conversion to win or lose, he can make the throw. If it's 3 and 9 and everyone is covered (which happens a lot), he can tuck it and run. His frame is filling out (and becoming even sexier). He has still only has 10 games with Coach Pederson under his belt but he's clearly on the way, baby. He's on the way and people across the league are noticing.

That being said, all that those stats prove is that he's either number one or number two at pretty much every fuckin important measurement. Now, obviously, the wins and the steadiness need to become more consistent but damn has he come a long way in a few weeks and I couldn't love it anymore. The future is bright and it is teal in the NFL.

I agree Trevor. Youre on your way to proving that you're the guy. You're my guy, Trevor. You're my guy.
