Matt "The Steamrolla" Frevola Scores A First Round KO And Calls Out Paddy The Baddy
They call him the Steamrolla for a reason!
Matt Frevola just STARCHED Ottman Azaitar in the very first round of their bout at UFC 281, scoring a devastating knockout over him up against the cage. He then called out our boy Paddy "The Baddy" Pimblett as I think we all expected him to.
This fight was supposed to happen forever ago, but Azaitar broke COVID protocols in Abu Dhabi the night before it was originally planned and had someone scaling the walls of the hotel to bring him a "Playstation", so it was cancelled and he was released from the UFC. Almost two years later, we got it in Frevola's backyard, and he didn't disappoint. He had plenty of friends and family in the crowd getting loud throughout and they came unglued when he got the finish.
As far as the Paddy callout goes, I respect it. Frevola and his brother are longtime Stoolies and probably just want to be involved in the biggest fight possible - which is Paddy right now. They even tried to bargain with Dave and Dan afterwards....
