Billy Football Has To Record A 3.5-Hour Podcast By Himself After Deleting All The Video From An Entire Macrodosing Episode

On Wednesday afternoon, we were seconds away from finishing recording this week's Macrodosing episode. Those who listen to the show know Macro episodes are rarely shorter than three hours — and that's after we usually cut some stuff out. So recording them takes a while.
The final act of the episode was a breath-holding contest between PFT and Billy Football, which Billy lost. He subsequently proceeded to storm out of the studio after refusing to admit he lost and pushed a button on the control panel at the producer's seat — which happened to be empty because Avery had to leave early for a work trip — that somehow deleted all the video footage from the three-hour-plus episode we had just recorded. It was a perfect storm.
We had also mentioned several times throughout the episode this was our most must-watch show yet, as we interviewed mentalist Oz Pearlman and he did some incredible stuff.
It seemed after several hours of trying everything under the Sun that the footage had, in fact, been recovered last night ...
Unfortunately, this turned out to be a premature celebration. As we sit here on Thursday morning, the footage is still corrupted and we have no video episode.
The interview with Oz is fine because we recorded it the day before and we think we're going to be able to get some sort of video of the rest of the show out today. It may just be one camera angle, which sucks, but it is what it is at this point.
Billy's punishment for this unfortunate mishap is that he will record a 3.5-hour podcast solo, to be released this weekend. Seems like it fits the crime.
