Jack Black Made A Kid's Day By Singing One His Favorite Songs From "School Of Rock", and It Doesn't Get Talked About Enough How Awesome of A Movie That Is

Seeing this video might have made me cry a little, but it didn't surprise me one bit.

Jack Black is the man. Has been forever now. The first movie I remembered him from was "Cable Guy",

great movie, but Black didn't really get to shine in it.

The first movie I remember thinking, "this guy is seriously fuckin funny" was "Saving Silverman," an absolute classic. But one I feel was extremely underrated.

"Come on yeah ha"

From there he kind of blew up and became a star. His band Tenacious D became a big deal

and he started landing roles in big movies like "Shallow Hal"

and "Anchorman"

But as great as all those were, my man Abraham is right. "School Of Rock" is Black's best movie, and a truly great movie in general.

One we don't give enough credit I feel.

The kid actors in it are awesome-

Black is a force of nature-

It also has one of the best credits songs of all time.

Just a great movie top to the bottom the entire family can enjoy.

Props to Jack Black for making not just Abraham's day, but for a ton of kids who deserve the chance to have a smile on their faces-

The two met at the Layla Paige and Friends Walk for TrinityKids Care, which Black hosts each year to raise funds for child hospice programs in Southern California. A clip shared shows Black singing a “School of Rock” song to Abraham, a 15-year-old with a rare mitochondrial disease called Pearson syndrome. The video earned over 1.5 million views on Twitter in a single day.
