Was this a necessary blog? Probably not. I thought I made peace enough with Mets fans after congratulating them on a successful 101-win season last week. Very impressive year! 

But then I'm minding my own business watching the Phillies beat the Braves 9-1 yesterday in Game 3 of the NLDS and I look down to my phone to stuff like this:
